摘    要:为掌握直接空冷风机系统在不同运行工况下风机桥的振动加速度响应情况,以及加速度频谱特性,制作了空冷系统风机桥1∶1试验模型.对风机桥进行真实扰力加载,运用振动测试设备对风机桥各测点的加速度时程和加速度频谱进行了测定.经过分析得出加速度最大值,以及沿桥架的分布规律,并对加速度频谱进行了深入分析,确定出风机桥振动的主要频率成份.最后得出结论,以供工程设计参考.

Abstract:In order to reveal the response of vibrational acceleration and the features of acceleration frequency spectrum of fan bridge in direct air-cooling fan system under different working conditions,a 1∶1 fan bridge testing model is introduced.Using the vibration testing and measuring equipment,the acceleration history and the acceleration frequency spectrum at each measuring point of the fan bridge are determined.By analysis,the maximum value of acceleration and the characteristics of distribution are known.After a further study on the acceleration frequency spectrum,the main frequency components of the vibration of fan bridge can be determined.The outcome of the research provides a good guide for engineering design.
