高性能沥青混合料设计方法研究

摘    要:高性能沥青混合料Superpave级配设计时,在控制点之间实际上存在许多的级配.为了减少设计过程的盲目性,结合“I法”,利用已知公称最大粒径的通过率,计算确定合理的目标级配,对照Superpave控制点和限制区,以及“贝雷法”约束参数的要求,对目标级配进行符合性检验和合理性评价,对混合料体积参数指标进行计算,得到理论配合比;按理论配合比成型试件,进行试配试验验证和沥青混合料各项性能检验,完成目标配合比设计.

Abstract:In grading design of Superpave,there are actually numerous gradations among control points.To avoid the aimless designing the paper presented the design method integrating with" I theory".By using acknowledged passing rage of maximum nominal grain-size,it calculated the reasonable target gradation.In contrast with the control points and limiting section of Superpave and the requirements of restraint variables of" Bailey Way",it conducted the coincidence check and rationality assessment on the target gradation,the theoretical proportion of mixture was obtained through computing the volume parameter index of mixture.The design of target proportion of mixture had got through the test on trial mix and check on all performance of asphalt mixture.
