摘    要:研究以H2SO4改性煤基活性炭为催化剂对乙酸和正丁醇的酯化反应的影响.考察了酸醇摩尔质量比、催化剂用量、反应时间对乙酸正丁酯的酯化率的影响.得出了最佳反应条件为,n(酸):n(醇)=1:1.3、催化剂用量为原料总量的4.8%(冰乙酸质量的12.5%)、反应时间为3.0h,酯化率可达98.6%,表明该催化剂具有良好的催化活性.

Abstract:The catalytic behaviors of activated carbon modified by H2SO4 on synthesize n-butyl acetate were studied in this paper.The molar ratio of alcohol with acid,the infuluence of catalyst's dosage,and the reaction time on the esterification were inve-stigated.The result of experiment indicates that the optimal reaction condition is as follow:when the molar ratio of acid to n-butanol is 1:1.3,and the quality of the catalyst to total material is 4.8%(the qulity to acetic acid is 12.5%),reaction time is 3 h,the esterification rate is up to 98.6%.Thus shows that the catalyst has good catalytic performance.
