| 摘 要： | 结合宁夏农村公路建设的实际情况,提出了农村公路质量监督工作考核评价指标体系,这一体系包含了"质量抽检"、"工地试验检测管理"、"监理管理"、"交工检测"等重要环节.在"质量抽检"环节中引入了质量抽检评价值的概念,量化了该指标,使其更加直观;在"工地试验检测管理"环节中,针对农村公路的具体情况做了有效探索.通过这一考评体系促进了各市级质量监督机构工作的规范性和有效性,并带动了农村公路建设质量的提高.

| Abstract: | According to the actual situation of countryside highway construction in Ningxia,the paper proposed a performance evaluation indicator system for countryside road quality surveillance.The system contains ＂the quality spot-check＂,＂the site test detection management＂,＂the overseeing management＂,＂the hand over completed work examination＂ and some other important parts of countryside road quality management.It introduced the quality spot-check appraisal numerical value concept in ＂the quality spot-check＂ to quantify his indicator.It made an effective exploration in ＂the site test detection management＂ in view of the practical situation of countryside road.The system will promote the normativeness and effectiveness of the work for the city quality supervision institutes and further improve the quality of countryside road construction. |
