| 摘 要： | 介绍了扬黄工程沿线风沙造成渠道危害的因素，尤其冬春多风季节流沙严重淤积渠道，致使渠道水位偏高，严重威胁渠道行水安全，给工程安全运行和管理带来严重隐患。目前，经过治理取得了一定成效。治理的主要对策有：①实行生物措施与工程措施相结合；②治理风沙侵蚀与保护渠道安全运行相结合；③因地制宜，因害设防。采取围拦－扎防沙草障－种沙生植物、沙柳等措施治理，有效地防止了工程沿线风沙淤积对工程的危害，为受益地区发展经济，改善生产、生活条件，减轻风沙灾害发挥了重要作用；有效地减轻了管理部门的管理费用，保障了工程安全运行。治沙措施不仅适应于水利工程，而且还适应于公路、铁路工程。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the dangerous f actors along the sandstorm line of Ye llow River;especially in seasons of winter and spring,running sand seriously s ilts the water course,causes the water level higher and threatens the safety of water running;it also brings incipient fault for en gineering operation and management .At present,some measures have brou ght certain effects.The main policy of measures is based o n the combination of biologic and engineering measures to avoid sandstorm erosion and protect water course.The main measu re which are to adopt fence hinder,bi nd hay piles,and plant psammophyte a re discussed in the paper. |
