掺粉煤灰、腾格里沙漠砂混凝土力学性能的研究

摘    要:利用沙漠砂配制混凝土,由于存在混凝土工作性较差等问题,使得沙漠砂在工程中的应用比较少.通过混凝土正交试验,分析了水胶比、腾格里沙漠砂掺量、粉煤灰掺量和砂率对于混凝土抗压强度和工作性的影响.综合考虑抗压强度和坍落度,确定最优配合比为A4B4C4D3,即水胶比0.40、砂率32%、沙漠砂取代率25%、粉煤灰掺量15%.腾格里沙漠砂作为细骨料能够配制出抗压强度和工作性都满足要求的混凝土.

Abstract:The desert sand concrete is less used in practical engineering because of its workability. Through the orthogonal experiment, the article analyses effect of the water-binder ratio,the tenggeli desert sand dosage, fly ash dosage and sand ratio on the 28d-compressive strength and workability. Considered the compressive strength and slump, the optimum proportion was A4B4C403, namely, the water-binder ratio of 0.40, sand rate of 32%, the tenggeli desert sand dosage of 25%, fly ash dosage of 15%. The tenggeli desert sand as fine aggregate in concrete is able to meet the need of the compressive strength and workability.
