摘    要:数控技术是支持现代装备制造业的关键技术群,直接决定制造装备的功能和性能,是信息化带动工业化进程中装备层的关键技术。在对开放式数控系统研究的基础上,构建了基于工控机和PMAC运动控制卡的数控系统,进一步研究开放式数控系统的体系结构和构建方法。在构建基于PMAC运动控制卡的数控系统过程中,采用了模块化的设计方法,并将构建的数控系统用于数控技术试验平台,结合试验,研究基于PMAC运动控制卡的数控系统的功能和性能。

Abstract:The CNC technology, which directly decides the function and pefformance of manufacturing equipments, is the key technique group that supports the modem equipment manufacturing industry. And it is also the key technique for equipment layer which can push forward industrialization with informatization. Through the research of open CNC, a kind of CNC system had been constructed based on IPC and PMAC motion control card. Further, studied the open CNC architecture and its constructing method. The designing method of modularization was adopted during the constructing of CNC based on PMAC motion control card, and the CNC was applied into NC technology experimental bench. The function and performance of CNC based on PMAC motion control card had been studied through experiments.
