再生混凝土配合比设计的试验研究

摘    要:设计10个混凝土配合比试验,研究了再生骨料吸水率、水灰比、再生骨料取代率对再生混凝土工作性能及强度的影响。通过与普通混凝土试验对比分析认为:符合现行规范要求的再生粗骨料用于配制混凝土是可行的;再生骨料的吸水性能对再生混凝土拌和物的工作性能影响很大,因此,再生混凝土配合比设计时应考虑应用的实际情况等,选用合适的再生骨料掺量,以便获得相应的强度。

Abstract:Ten kinds of mixture ratio for concrete were designed and performed.We studied the relationships between the construction performance of concrete,compressive strength and water-absorptivity of recycled aggregate,the mw/mc ratio,replacement ratio of recycled aggregate.The results indicated that recycled aggregate could be used to make recycled aggregate concrete if technical specification of it Conformed to the requirement of present standard.Water-absorptivity of recycled aggregate has a great influence on the construction performance of concrete,so the design of mixture ratio for concrete should be based on the water-absorptivity of recycled aggregate.The recycled coarse aggregate(RCA) replacement ratio has a remarkable influence on the compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete.Nevertheless,the compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete can achieve the target compressive strength by choicing a correct ratio of recycled aggregate.
