新型高温消泡剂的研制

摘    要:本文以二甲基硅油,沉淀二氧化硅为主要成分,研究出适合于高温环境下使用的高温消泡剂。对二甲基硅油和沉淀二氧化硅配比、乳化剂复配、增稠剂用量、加料顺序等对产品性能的影响进行了研究,确定了复配的最佳工艺条件。该消泡剂具有良好的耐高温消泡性、抑泡性和稳定性,且生产工艺简单。
