摘    要:含硫原油储罐中的活性硫(硫化氢、硫、硫醇)与腐蚀产物———铁锈反应生成不同形式的硫铁化合物(FeS、Fe2 S3 、FeS2 )。这些化合物活性很高,与空气中的氧气反应放出大量的热,使储罐内温度升高,导致燃点低的物质发生自燃,从而引起火灾事故。对Fe2 O3 、Fe3 O4与H2 S反应产物的氧化自燃性进行了考察,发现其氧化自燃倾向性有较大差异,对其硫化产物进行电镜分析,结果表明,不同硫化方式生成的硫化产物结构不同,致使氧化倾向性有较大差异,从而对引起储罐自燃的影响不同;在不同氧气浓度下对硫化产物的氧化倾向性进行了考察,结果表明,氧气浓度越大,自然氧化性越高。

Abstract:Active sulfide including hydrogen sulfide, sulfide and mercaptan can react with rust corrosion product to form various sulfides including ferrous sulfide, ironic sulfide and ferrous disulfide. The activity of these compounds are high, and they can react with oxygen in air, and then lots of heat is released, temperature is increased in tanks. The fire accidents come out because low burning point material is spontaneous. The tests of natural oxidation of reaction products of Fe_2O_3, Fe_3O_4 with H_2S were carried, the conclusion is that their natural oxidation are different. The SEM analysis were carried on the iron sulfides ,the results show that the structure of the iron sulfides formed with different methods is variant, which leads to imparity of the natural oxidation of different iron sulfides. The study was done to analyze the effect of oxygen concentration on spontaneous combustion of iron sulfides. The results show that the content of oxygen is greater, the self-combustion is higher.
