硅烷接枝交联HDPE/LLDPE的研究

摘    要:利用双螺杆挤出机对高密度聚乙烯( H D P E) 与线性低密度聚乙烯( L L D P E) 的熔融共混以及与硅烷的接枝、交联反应进行了研究。实验发现: H D P E 与 L L D P E 具有很好的相容性,少量 L L D P E 的存在对 H D P E 拉伸性能的影响不大; L L D P E 在共混物中的配比对硅烷接枝反应有很大的 影响, 随 L L D P E 含量增加,硅烷的接枝率提高,同时接枝物的熔体流动性下降;此外引发剂或硅烷的用量都对硅烷的接枝反应有影响。 H D P E/ L L D P E 交联共混物的交联密度随 L L D P E 含量的增加而增大,交联共混物的耐热性有所提高,高温力学性能得到一定程度的改善。

Abstract:Melt blending of HDPE and LLDPE, and peroxide initiated grafting copolymerization of vinyl trimethoxy silane(A171) onto HDPE/LLDPE blends were simultaneously studied in a twin screw extruder. It was found that two components were compatible in whole composition; mixing low level of LLDPE into HDPE couldn't severely damage favorable mechanical properties of HDPE. The composition of HDPE/LLDPE blends substantially influenced on their grafting behavior. With the increase of LLDPE contents in the blends, the ratio of silane grafting increased while the melt flow rate of grafting products decreased. Adding more peroxide(DCP) and/or silane monomer(A171) had same influence on gtafting reactions. Crosslinking densities of silane crosslinked HDPE/LLDPE blends increased with the increase of LLDPE contents. Heat-resistance and mechanical properties of crosslinking products were improved.
