触措式监控系统中的数据库管理技术

摘    要:开发了一种触摸式工控系统,用于医疗系统水处理装置的工况监测.首先用系统状态机的分析方法设计了10种系统状态.然后,设计了7个ACCESS表,用于数据库的管理.基于触摸操作的特点,利用VisualBasic编程语言,详细阐述了报警范围管理、设备维护和密码管理等设计方法和技术要点,给出了设计界面和主要的程序片段.开机条件、一级报警和二级报警的范围在现场就能动态地调整.当操作员更换设备时,新旧设备的历史数据能够自动记录到计算机内,也可以查询供操作员参考.同时,触摸屏幕可以锁定,实现了无人化管理,其解锁密码也可以由操作员进行修改.本系统具有多级声音和图形闪烁报警机制,易于操作.目前,该系统已经投入使用,该触摸监控技术在工控领域将具有较好的实用性和通用性.

Abstract:A touch_screen monitoring system was developed to detect and control the operating status of water processing equipment for medical fields. The state-machine method was used to design ten kinds of system states. Then, seven ACCESS tables were created to manage information of the system. Based on the features of touching screen operation, the key methods and technologies for alarming range management, device maintenance and password management were stated in detail with interface designing and the main program codes by using Visual Basic 6.0. The alarming limits of operation condition, level I alarming and level II alarming could be dynamically adjusted in-line. When the operator renewed some devices of the system, the history data of new devices and corresponding old device could be recorded automatically and queried for the operator. Meanwhile, the touch-screen could be locked for non-human management. The password of unlocking the touch-screen was easily updated by the operator. There were several alarming methods with sound and graph in this system. Nowadays, the system has been put into practice. The monitoring technology shows good performance in practical and general use.
