舰船测量设备平行基准传递机构设计

摘    要:为了实现舰船等测量设备的基准平行传递,设计了一种平行基准传递机构。该机构以平行放置的两块平面反射镜为平行度传递的基础,其中一块反射镜设计成半反半透镜,利用其反射及透射原理和自准直平行光管的自准直成像原理,实现两基准镜的平行度测量。在介绍了平行基准传递机构的工作原理的基础上,给出精度标定方法及误差不大于0.2″;介绍了两基准镜平行度检测方案,给出了检测结果,分析了影响测量结果的因素,两基准镜的平行度误差在X方向不大于0.75″,在Y方向不大于1.15″,测量系统的误差不大于0.35″。结果表明,平行基准传递机构具有设计简单、成本低、使用方便、测量精度高等优点,可在工程中推广使用。

Abstract:In order 1o achieve the benchmark of measuring equipmenl of the ships, and parallel transmission, the design of a parallel benchmark transmission mechanism .The agency placed parallel to the two )lane mirrors parallel passed a mirror designed to be semi - anti - semi - lens, the reflection and transmission principle and aulocollimaior collimator autocollimator imaging principle, to achieve two reference mirrors parallel measurements .Describes the working principle of the transmission mechanism of parallel benchmark, given the precision calibration method and the error is not greater than 0.2"; two reference mirrors parallel detection scheme, given the test resuhs, analysis of factors affecting the mea- surements in the X direction, parallel to the mirror of the two benchmark errors not greater tllan 0.75", in the Y direc- tion is not greater than 1.15", the measurement system error is less than 0.35".The results show that the parallel bench- mark transmission mechanism has a simple design, low cost, easy to use, measurement and high precision, there is hope in the project to promote the use of .
