微小车削单元的设计仿真及结构优化

摘    要:主要研究目标设计与开发微小车削单元,实现微小零件的车削加工,为进一步构建桌面式微型工厂奠定基础。通过全面分析机床微小化带来的关键问题,结合微小车床的特点,提出合理的设计方案。同时采用ANSYS软件对微小车床的整体结构进行动态分析,在此基础上对微小车床的关键部件即中心架和床身分别进行了结构优化,然后对优化后的微小车床进行了动态分析。最后将优化前后的微小车床的动态性能进行对比,通过对比结果,验证了优化后的微小车床具有更好的动态特性。

Abstract:The main objective of this research is to design and develop micro turning unit for processing miniaturized components,which can be used as a module to construct desktop factory.Through comprehensive investigations of the key issues of miniaturization of machine tools,a reasonable design is proposed.At the same time,using the analysis software ANSYS carries on the dynamic analysis for the overall structure of the micro lathe,and the structure optimization analyses of the central frame and lathe bed are performed on this basis.Then the dynamic analysis for the optimized micro lathe is carried out.The design of micro lathe is improved based on dynamic analysis and optimization.Finally,by contrast the dynamic performance of micro lathe before and after optimization,the optimized micro lathe is proved to have better dynamic performance.
