矿用磷酸铁锂电池组均衡充电技术研究

摘    要:以目前煤矿大量使用的磷酸铁锂充电电池组为核心,介绍该种电池组需要标识的有关技术指标、充电机理、充电方法以及电池管理系统。在借鉴铅酸蓄电池成熟充电技术的基础上,以6块单体电池容量为40Ah组成的电池组进行试验,通过对试验数据的分析,总结了电池的充电特性,设计了最佳电池管理系统中的充电模块,以保证在形成产品后充电效率最高、使用寿命更长。

Abstract:At present,lithium iron phosphate rechargeable battery is widely used in coal mines.In this paper,the technical indicators for battery pack,charging mechanism,charging mode and battery management system were introduced in order.Based on the proven battery-charging technology,experiments were made on the battery pack consisting of 6 cells capacity of 40 Ah.The experimental data were analyzed and the battery charging features were summarized.On such a basis,a design for the optimized charging module for battery management system was proposed.Such a design can effectively improve the efficiency of battery recharging and prolong the battery's life.
