光谱测试实验下的浒苔全生命周期生长研究

摘    要:浒苔光谱特征分析是浒苔遥感大面积监测的基础,为了获得浒苔全生命周期内反射光谱数据,在浒苔全生命周期养殖实验中对附着基、培养条件等进行了改善。结果表明,不同形态浒苔孢子释放能力不同,黑色塑料对孢子的附着效果良好,均匀充气可大幅度提高浒苔幼苗生长量,配以水动力循环系统的大容积培养环境对浒苔生长有利,满足光谱仪测试要求的浒苔全生命周期实验室养殖能够实现。

Abstract:A large range remote sensing monitoring is based on spectral characteristics analysis of Enteromorpha sp..In order to acquire spectral data of Enteromorpha sp.during the whole lifecycle,aquaculture conditions were improved.The results suggested that different species of Enteromorpha sp.had different spores release ability.Black plastic is the best adhering material.Aeration mode was improved in ecological factors of growth.The result also showed the amount of growth had greatly increased by even aeration.Larger volume medium with the powerful system of water circulation was advantageous to growth of seedling.Aquaculture experiments that satisfied spectrometer test requirements were achieved.
