水玻璃相合成纳米CdS的研究

摘    要:室温下将Cd(NO3)2溶液滴加到水玻璃与Na2S混合溶液中,搅拌6h后经处理得CdS细粉。XRD检测表明晶型趋势于立方ZnS型,平均粒径为3.7nm;TEM检测显示其颗粒具有较好的分散性,并验证XRD的粒径计算结果。

Abstract:At room temperature, Cd(NO 3) 2 solution was added in the dropwise way to the rigorously stired solution containing Na 2S and waterglass. When the mixture was stirred for 6 h, the powder of nanocrystalline CdS was obtained. The powder belongs to wurtzite phase and has an average particle diameter of 3.7 nm, which is in accordance with the results characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).
