| 摘 要： | ERP系统的应用是一项高风险、高投入项目，实施的整个过程存在种种风险，目前国内众多企业都在实施ERP系统，但成功率并不高。为了缩短ERP系统的实施周期，降低系统实施成本，基于这种环境提出了制造业ERP风险规避方案，从项目选型、BPR、项目实施、系统集成等各方面进行风险规避的研究，从而提高ERP系统的实施成功率，最终提高企业的管理水平。

| Abstract: | The application of ERP system is a project with various high risks and high investment. Though many enterprises in china are trying to use the system, few have succeeded. As an attempt to shorten the period of application and reduce the cost therein, we proposed in accordance with such an environment the risk-avoiding scheme for the practice of ERP system. The scheme can help to upgrade the rate of successful application and improve the enterprises' managing level. |
