摘 要: | 利用微波萃取-气相色谱法(ECD)测定沉积物中的多氯联苯,采用正交设计实验,对微波萃取条件进行了优化。优化后的萃取条件为微波功率1 200 W,萃取剂为丙酮/正己烷体积比1∶1,体积为25 mL,萃取温度为115℃,萃取时间20 min。采用该方法对威海湾养殖区沉积物中多氯联苯进行了监测,结果表明此方法适用于海洋沉积物样品中多氯联苯的测定。

Abstract: | Technique of microwave extraction and GC(ECD) was used to analyze PCBs in ocean sediment.The microwave extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The optimized analytical conditions were as follows: microwave power 1200W,ratio of extraction solvent(hexance and acetone) volume 1∶1,extraction temperature 115℃,and extraction time 20min.It was confirmed that the method could be used in sediment by the determination of PCBs in sediment of Weihai Bay. |
