摘    要:根据已知承载力求最大静刚度的设计准则,采用不可压缩流简化方法,推导出显含圆盘止推轴承结构参数的等效刚度计算式。图解法分析结果表明,轴承的最大刚度点位于设计平面内稳定性约束条件和供气孔直径约束条件的交点;数值优化计算的结果与图解法一致,计算方法可行。

Optimization of the stiffness of externally pressurized circular thrust gas bearing with single orifice

Abstract:Optimum design of geometrical parameters of externally pressurized circular thrust gas bearing is one of the approaches to improving the working performance of bearing.In accordance with the design criteria of maximum stiffness with the known load and by adopting simplified incompressible flow assumptions,the explicit expression of bearing stiffness which includes geometrical parameters is deduced.Analysis of graphic method shows that the operating point of maximum stiffness is located at the intersecting point of the constraint curve of stable working condition and the curve of the orifice diameter.Numerical calculation results are exactly in line with the analysis of graphic method,which suggests that the numerical optimization method used in the paper is feasible.
