基于静特性分析的环面节流静压气体球轴承参数设计

摘    要:环面节流多孔闭式球轴承具有整体球窝面,是静压气体球轴承的一种新结构形式。按照优先考虑静刚度指标以及兼顾流量、承载力指标的设计原则,采用保角变换有限元法研究闭式气体球轴承几何参数设计的基本过程,并详细讨论了球窝外包角、供气孔包角、供气孔数和供气孔直径对轴承静特性的影响。结果表明,对轴承承载力特性影响较大的参数是球窝外包角和供气孔数,对流量特性影响较大的参数是供气孔数和供气孔直径,对轴承静刚度特性影响较大的参数是球窝外包角、供气孔包角和供气孔直径。通过分析,给出了闭式气体球轴承几何参数的推荐取值范围。

Design of configuration parameters of externally pressurized spherical gas bearing with inherent compensation based on static characteristics analysis

Abstract:Externally pressurized spherical gas bearing with inherent compensation has integrated spherical socket and thus is a new type.According to the design criteria of priority stiffness and taking flux and load into consideration,the design of configuration parameters of externally pressurized spherical gas bearing with several inherent compensation orifices was studied by means of conformal transformation FEM.Influences of outer wrap angles,wrap angle at orifice,orifice number and orifice diameter on the bearing's static characteristics were discussed.It has been found that,variation of outer wrap angles and orifice number have visible influence on static load characteristics of the bearing,variation of orifice number and orifice diameter influence in a significant way static flux characteristics of the bearing,and variation of outer wrap angles,wrap angle at orifice and orifice diameter have clear influence on static stiffness characteristics of the bearing.From the analysis,the range of reasonable parameters of the bearing is deduced,which accords with that of practical parameters of the same type gas bearing overseas.
