摘    要:以聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为原料,采用预聚体自乳化历程合成脂肪族水性聚氨酯.通过单因素分析法,优化配方,确定了最佳合成工艺:预聚反应65℃,2h;扩链反应70℃,2h;R值1.8~2.4,DMPA用量3.5%~5.5%.

Abstract:IPDI-based aliphatic waterborne polyurethane(WPU) are synthesized by using polyether polyols,polyester polyols,isopropyl ketone diisocyanate(IPDI) and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) with the method of pre-polymerization self-emulsion.Univariate analysis is used in the process of synthesis in order to optimize the best synthetic method.The optimized synthetic conditions are as follows: pre-polymerization process is conducted under 65℃ for 2 hours,extended chain reaction is performed under 65℃ for 2 hours,R value is about 1.8 to 2.4 and DMPA is about 3.5%-5.5%.
