| 摘 要： | 以聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯（IPDI）、二羟甲基丙酸（DMPA）等为原料,采用预聚体自乳化历程合成脂肪族水性聚氨酯.通过单因素分析法,优化配方,确定了最佳合成工艺：预聚反应65℃,2h;扩链反应70℃,2h;R值1.8～2.4,DMPA用量3.5%～5.5%.

| Abstract: | IPDI-based aliphatic waterborne polyurethane（WPU） are synthesized by using polyether polyols,polyester polyols,isopropyl ketone diisocyanate（IPDI） and dimethylol propionic acid（DMPA） with the method of pre-polymerization self-emulsion.Univariate analysis is used in the process of synthesis in order to optimize the best synthetic method.The optimized synthetic conditions are as follows： pre-polymerization process is conducted under 65℃ for 2 hours,extended chain reaction is performed under 65℃ for 2 hours,R value is about 1.8 to 2.4 and DMPA is about 3.5%-5.5%. |
