摘    要:探讨了盐、碱、汽蒸时间对阳离子改性剂WLS改性棉织物活性染料轧烘蒸和轧蒸短流程工艺染色性能的影响.测试了织物表面染色深度K/S值、固色效率及牢度等性能指标,比较了这两种染色工艺的染色效果.结果表明,改性棉织物采用轧蒸短流程工艺较轧烘蒸工艺固色效率略低,但采用此两种工艺,改性棉织物均可以获得比未改性棉织物更高的K/S值,更好的色牢度,均能实现活性染料轧染无盐低碱染色.相比之下,由于轧蒸短流程工艺工序短,更符合节能减排、环保的染色理念,更具发展前景.

Abstract:The dyeing effects of salt,alkaline streaming time on the pad dry steam technology and pad stream short procedure technology of the modified cotton fabric by WLS agent dyed with reactive dyes were discussed.The K/S value of dyed fabric,fixed efficiency and color fastness were measured.Then the dyeing abilities of two technologies were compared.The result indicates that the fixation rate of pad stream short procedure technology is slightly lower than that of the pad dry steam technology.However the pad dry steam technology and pad stream short procedure technology dyeing modified cotton fabric exhibite higher K/S value and better color fastness.The pad salt-free and low alkaline dyeing process can be realized.Reactive dyeing with pad stream short procedure technology shorten the process and fits energy-saving emission reduction and green of pad dyeing,so it can be further developed.
