基于层次分析法的绩效考核体系研究

摘    要:通过对齐创公司现行绩效考核制度的问题诊断与分析,提出了其绩效考核制度,在此基础上建立了绩效考核指标体系.利用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process)确定相关指标的权重,对考核指标进行综合评价,从而建立了公司绩效考核体系模型.

Abstract:After the diagnosis and analysis for existing performance evaluation system of Qi-Chuang company, the new performance assessment system is advanced and then the performance assessment model is built. The interrelated target weight is determined through analytic hierarchy process, then assessment targets are evaluated comprehensively and the performance assessment system model of Qi-Chuang company is established.
