| 摘 要： | 推行质量监督巡查制度是建筑工程质量监督管理模式改革的必然方向。文章阐述了工程质量监督推行巡查制度的时代必然性及其5大优势,并重点论述了推行质量监督巡查制度的前期基础性建设,最后建议当前宜以＂定人定工程与小组巡查相结合的监督管理模式＂作为＂定人定工程的监督模式＂向＂巡查模式＂转变的＂过渡模式＂。

| Abstract: | To introduce quality circuit supervision system is an important orientation of the reform of the quality supervision model of construction projects.The necessity of the construction quality circuit supervision system is described along with its 5 advantages.The foundamental construction of the circuit supervision system is focused.It is suggested that the supervision model of fixed person,fixed projects combined with circuit group supervision can replace of the present typed supervision of fixed person and fixed project and serve as the intermediate model. |
