摘    要:针对传统模态分析方法的缺陷,采用polyMAX方法对某轿车白车身进行脉冲锤击法模态试验研究。首先建立白车身结构的测试系统模型,采用polyMAX方法进行试验模态特性分析,计算模态参数MAC值,并基此对车身结构进行灵敏分析。结果表明,模态测试系统满足精度要求:参数辩识结果有效可靠,结构参数的变化对车身结构的动态特性有较大影响,主要在于结构的质量和阻尼变化。

Abstract:To overcome the defects of classical modal parameter estimation approach, a modal test of an automobile body-in-white (BIW) was conducted via polyMAX impulse hammering method. An experimental model of BIW was established to conduct the modal test. The modal parameters MAC were computed. The sensitivity of the BIW was analysed. The test results show that the modal tes- ting system can meet the requirement of precision with reliable results of parameter identification, that the change of the structural parameters affects the dynamic characteristics of the body structure, i.e. the quality and the damping of the structure
