基于图像的线路缺陷检测

摘    要:运用图像处理技术,设计PCB板线路检测系统。采用Labview语言编写图像预处理、阈值分割、形态学滤波、缺陷识别等程序模块,并针对PCB图像特点,根据线路缺陷的特征,构建一个能够分析和识别PCB线路断路、短路、缺损和毛刺等缺陷的PCB板线路检测系统。实验结果表明,该检测系统能够比较好地识别PCB板线路缺陷,且算法操作简单,有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:A PCB circuit detection system was designed based on the technology of image process- ing. Modules of image pre-processing, threshold segmentation, morphological filtering and defects recognition were realized by Labview. In accordance with PCB image speciality and the characteris- tics of the PCB circuit line, the PCB circuit detection system can detect and analyse short circuit, open circuit, concavity and protuberance. The experimental results show that the algorithm of the detection system is simple with application prospects.
