| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育进入大众化阶段，一批以工科为主的高等专科院校合并升格为应用型本科院校。文章论述了此类新建应用型本科院校的特点，讨论了其办学发展思路，并从人才培养目标的确定、课程体系的构建和培养途径的选择3个方面进行了详细分析，探讨了新建应用型本科院校的办学理念和办学思路。

| Abstract: | With the advent of mass higher education, a number of engineering colleges have been upgraded into application-oriented universities through merging. The main characteristics and development strategy of newly-established application-oriented universities are discussed. Three aspects are covered in detail which include the defining of talent training goal, the drafting of talent training plan, and the updating of talent training methods and means. The teaching principle and strategy of newly-established application-oriented universities are probed. |
