摘    要:高等教育的教学改革要适应社会和经济建设发展对人才的需求。文章从探索和构建科学合理的应用型人才工程实践教学创新体系角度出发,提出在大学生培养计划中,应以实践和创新培养为目标,创新人才培养模式,优化人才培养课程体系;构筑实践创新平台,为学生实践、课外活动、学科竞赛和科技创新提供良好的实践环境;以学科竞赛活动为有效载体,着重培养大学生实践能力和创新能力,促进学生全面发展,培育高素质应用型人才。

Abstract:Higher educational reform has to cater to the demands of social and economic construetional development for professionals. Some proposals are proposed, which is aimed at constructing well-designed innovative engineering practice teaching system of application-oriented professionals. They include renovating professionals' development mode and optimizing the curriculum with practice and training innovation as the goal; constructing practice innovative platforms to provide the students with favourable environment for students' practice, co-curricular activities, disciplinary subjects competition and scientific and technological innovations;and using disciplinary competitions as an effective vector to focus on upgrading students' practical and creative abilities to develop high quality application-oriented professionals of comprehensive competence.
