| 摘 要： | 福州市的停车问题特别是商业中心的停车问题日益突出。通过对福州东街口中心商业区停车目的、停车时间分布、停车场选择等问题的调查分析，表明目前福州东街口中心商业区存在着停车时间、空间利用的不均衡现象，现行的停车费率没有发挥经济杠杆的作用，费率标准存在着较大的改进空间，立式停车楼将是未来停车场的发展方向，停车诱导系统有待进一步完善。

| Abstract: | Parking has become a serious problem in Fuzhou. A survey in terms of questionnaire was conducted on parking factors in Dongjiekou district of Fuzhou. The result shows that there is an inefficient parking area utilization, that the present parking toll does not effectively adjust parking behavior. It is suggested that highrise parking building should be developed and the parking guidance and information system should be improved. |
