摘    要:建立了缸内直喷HCCI汽油机三维数值模型,且搭建了CFD-化学动力学反应机理计算模型.基于该计算模型平台研究了缸内直喷汽油机SI/HCCI燃烧模式下的燃烧与排放特性.分析了缸内喷雾发展过程、混合气空间分布以及不同燃烧模式下缸内压力与NO排放.研究结果表明,与传统火花点火燃烧模式相比,均质压燃模式下缸内温度空间分布更佳均匀;缸内压力升高率更高;但是燃烧持续期有所缩短.

CFD Simulation on the CombustionProgress of GDI Engine with SI/HCCI Combustion Modes

Abstract:The 3 - D model of GDI engine with HCCI combustion mode and CFD - Chemical mechanism model were built. The characteristics of the combustion and emission in GDI engine with SI/ HCCI combustion mode were studied by means of the CFD model. The in - cylinder spray development, space distribution of air - fuel mixture, in -cylinder pressure and NO emissions were analyzed. The results show that, compared with the ones in the SI mode, the space distribution of the in - cylinder temperature in HCCI mode is more homogeneous, the rising rate of in - cylinder pressure in HCCI mode is higher, but the combustion duration in HCCI mode is shorter.
