摘    要:进食不仅是维系人类生存和繁衍的日常行为,亦是人类生活本质特征的体现。人类对食物的选择和喜好,受到社会文化的重要影响。肉食消费是探知社会与文化内涵的最基本和最重要的领域。人们对肉食的占有,仪式性地大量宰杀牲畜以及分配、消费,都是社会文化生产的一种方式。

Abstract:Eating is not only the routine behavior to support human beings' survival and reproduction, but al- so the reflection of the nature of human life. Preference and choice of foods are heavily influenced by soeio cultural factors. Research on the consumption of meat is an important anthropological way to explore the ele- ments of social structure and culture. Meat eating, ritual mass sacrifices of animals, distribution and consump- tion are ways of culture production.
