中国团餐的发展对策研究

摘    要:中国快餐业发展态势良好,团餐的发展更是一枝独秀。为促进中国团餐持续、健康发展,应从政府层面的促进区域经济均衡发展、加强政策导向与监督、强化诚信体系建设;行业组织层面的推动大众化餐饮、倡导绿色经营与消费、解决企业诉求及企业层面的强化产品创新及信息化建设、加强企业自身建设、完善与相关行业的关系等方面采取对策。

Abstract:Chinese fast food industry has a good development, and group meal enterprises are particularly thri- ving. In order to maintain the sustained and healthy development of group meal enterprises, the government should promote the balanced development of economic growth, strengthen policy guidance and supervision, and enforce credit system. The catering industry should promote mass catering, advocate green consumption and green business model, and meet the demands of enterprises. Each enterprise should strengthen product in- novation and information construction, strengthen the construction of the enterprise itself, and improve its rela- tionship with other related industries.
