中华饮食文化对汉语国际传播影响的研究

摘    要:对外汉语教学不仅仅是纯粹的语言教学,更重要的是应当与中华文化中的精髓——中华饮食文化结合起来才能起到更好的效果。以中华饮食文化为切入点进行汉语教学时,应树立跨文化教学观念,注意饮食在对外汉语教学中的翻译处理和跨文化语用语言的失误,采用灵活的教学方式,使对外汉语教学工作的进行和汉语的国际传播达到最佳的教学效果。

Abstract:Teaching Chinese as a foreign language is more than a language teaching activity, which is supposed to combine with Chinese dietetic culture, the essence of Chinese culture, for better teaching effectiveness. While teaching Chinese, the instructors should focus their attention on the following aspects: crosscultural education, interpretation of cuisine terms, cross-cultural pragmatic linguistic errors, flexible teaching method and so on.
