城市近郊餐饮业发展探析

摘    要:以合肥市为例,在对近郊餐饮客源市场调查的基础上,通过对餐饮业发展阶段、空间分布、经营状况的分析,结合近郊的空间优势、环境优势、市场优势,得出:近郊是未来城市餐饮业发展的一个方向,农家餐饮、绿色餐饮、品牌餐饮、连锁餐饮等是近郊餐饮业发展的思路。

Abstract:As an example, we have conducted marketing investigation of the food and beverage diner's source in the outskirts of city Hefei and come to a conclusion that the outskirt area has great potential for the future development of food and beverage industry of a city. The conclusion is also based on the analysis of the developing stages, geographical distribution and management situation of its food and beverage business in combination with taking the geographical advantages, environmental advantages and marketing advantages of the suburb areas into consideration. To develop the food and beverage industry of the suburbs what we should think about now is how to improve the peasant family's diet, expand green diet, create brand diet and establish chain diet.
