| 摘 要： | 针对目前产品开发项目选择决策时缺乏科学的、易于操作的评价指标体系的实际，综合运用层次分析法原理和模糊数学的基本理论，研究多层次模糊综合评价的基本模型，建立一个更加科学、易于操作的产品开发项目评价指标体系，使企业能更好地对产品开发项目进行综合评价，为企业的决策提供比较可靠的依据，减少因产品投资的盲目性给企业带来的不必要的损失．
