| 摘 要： | 通过对房地产投资过程中可能出现的种种风险因素的分析，运用层次分析方法设计了风险评价的指标体系。确定了权系数，应用模糊数学的方法建立了房地产投资风险的模糊综合评价系统．从而在一定程度上解决了如何运用数学方法分析和处理投资风险评价中大量存在的模糊问题．投资者采取有效措施对风险进行科学管理减少房地产投资的风险损失．

| Abstract: | In analyzing many kinds of risk elements that appear in the process of real estate invest ment, the index system and the index weight of the assessment are determined by applying analytic hierarchy process method. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for risk of real estate investment has been established by means of fuzzy mathematics. A lot of fuzzy problems in appraisal of the risk of real estate investment is solved by applying mathematic method. |
