公共交通特性分析与发展对策研究

优先发展公共交通是全世界公认的一种解决大城市交通问题的基本途径.主要从线网布局、公交车拥有量、公交客运量、公交出行者特性、公交客流空间布局等各方面对西安市目前公共交通特性进行了研究分析,在此基础上剖析了西安公共交通存在的主要问题,结合西安市城市总体规划和发展趋势对西安公共交通面临的压力进行了估计,进而确立了西安公共交通“在不断完善常规地面公交的基础上,积极发展轨道交通”的战略方向,逐步构筑一个“以轨道交通为骨架,快速公交和常规公交为主体,出租车为辅助补充,干支结合,城乡一体化发展”的城市公共交通体系.

Study on the characteristic and strategy for the developinent of public transport in Xi'an

Public transport priority is recognized as an important method to solve the traffic problem in big cities.Based on the network layout,bus possession,bus passengers,the characteristic of tripper by bus,and the distribution of volume,this paper studied the characteristics of the public transport in Xi'an.After anatomizing the present problem of public transport in Xi'an,the authors of the paper evaluated the crisis and pressure of public transport in Xi'an based on the general planning.The paper also points out that in establishing the public transport strategy for Xi'an,it is a scienfitie policy to Qetively develop rail transport in addition to continolously perfeeting its bus stystem,with rail transport as the skcleton,BRT and bus transport as the mainstay,and taxi as the important aids in building up the eity's public transport system on the basis of the combination of main highways with branck roods and the integration of urban and rural transport.
