智能变电站电压无功综合控制

摘    要:采用变电站电压无功综合控制的专家经验系统,以运行状态辨识及专家经验为知识库.按照“九区状态图”原则来控主变压器分接头开关的档位和补偿电容组开关的状态,以最少的动作次数使主变压器分接头档位和补偿电容组开关状态进入第九区,避免了困系统波动和负荷瞬间变化引起的主变压器分接头档位和无功补偿电容组开关频繁动作和振荡,保证了变压站电压无功综合控制系统的稳定运行,使变电站的输出电压和无功因素两个主要供电指标保持在合格范围内.

Abstract:The schemes of specialist used for comprehensive control system against reactive voltage of substation is adopted,with the operation manner diseriminafion and the specialiged experience as.On the basis of the principle of the diagram of nine district of manner,controls over the position of switch of sub-terminals of main transformer and the manner of the switch of compensating capacitors are realiged.By minimum number of operating strokes it urges the position of the sub-terminals of the main transformer and the feature of the switch of compensating capacitors entering into the 9th district.As a result.the oscillation and the frequent operation of changing position of the sub-terminals of the main transformer and of the switching on and off of capacitor for compensating reactive power resulting from the fluctuation of the system and the instantaneous variation of loading are avoided.The stability in operation of the comprehensive control system against reactive voltage of the substation IS ensured.
