亚甲基蓝与脱氧腺苷三磷酸相互作用的电化学研究

摘    要:在碳糊电极上用伏安法研究了亚甲基蓝(MB)与脱氧腺苷三磷酸(dATP)的相互作用。结果表明,在B-R缓冲溶液中,随着dATP浓度的增加,MB的氧化还原峰电流降低而峰电位不变。MB和dATP形成MB-dATP非电活性复合物,结合比为1∶1,结合常数β为1.3×107。实验优化了MB与dATP的结合条件,并探讨了结合机理。

Abstract:The interaction of methylene blue(MB) with deoxyadenosine triphosphate(dATP)was studied by cyclic voltammetry on carbon paste electrode.The result indicated that dATP combined with MB in the B-R buffer solution and a new electrochemically non-active complex,MB-dATP,was formed.The peak current of MB decreased with the increase of dATP concentration.The peak potential didn't shift.The stoichiometry of MB with dATP was calculated and the result showed that the binding ratio of MB to dATP was 1∶1.The optimal conditions of the interaction between MB with dATP were studied and the mainly binding mode was electrostatic binding.
