| 摘 要： | 分析了PSD模拟信号调理电路本身固有的缺点,针对其缺点提出了通过软件法代替信号调理电路中的数学运算部分。同时,基于该信号调理电路进行了实验。实验证明,该电路有很高的精度和可靠性,具有很好的可移植性。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of analog signal circuit of Position Sensitive Detector,a method is proposed,which is exchanging the arithmetic operation with the software pro- gram in signal processing circuit.The results of a few experiments indicate that the cir- cuit has improved precision and reliability and portability. |
