形状记忆合金薄膜单轴拉伸行为的数值模拟

摘    要:基于文献中报道的实验研究结果,利用Liang-Rogers模型对NiTi记忆合金薄膜等温单轴拉伸时的应力-应变曲线进行了模拟,并讨论了薄膜材料组分含量及温度对其拉伸性能的影响。通过模拟结果与实验测试结果的比较发现,除模拟得到的相变区间稍宽外,模拟曲线与实验测试曲线基本一致,表明Liang-Rogers模型可用于粗略地预测记忆合金薄膜的单轴拉伸行为。

Abstract:Based on experimental results reported in references,Liang-Rogers' model for SMA is used to simulate the stress-strain curves of NiTi films under uniaxial tension with isothermal conditions.The effects of film compositions and temperatures on the tensile behavior of NiTi shape memory alloy films are discussed.By comparing the simulation results with the experimental ones,it is found that the simulation curves agree with the experimental curves except that the phase-transformation regions are wider in the simulation curves.It is demonstrated that the Liang-Rogers' model can be used to roughly predict the thermo-mechanical behavior of shape memory alloy films.
