镧掺杂纳米TiO_2薄膜的制备及对甲醛的光催化降解

摘    要:采用sol gel技术 ,在细玻璃管表面制备了La掺杂复合TiO2 薄膜光催化剂。通过SEM、XRD和UV VIS等测量手段对该催化剂表面形貌、薄膜相组成、光吸收特性进行了表征和研究。结果表明 ,薄膜表面为多孔状 ,粒子晶型为锐钛矿相 ,适当的La掺杂可以细化晶粒并且有效提高薄膜对紫外光 (λ <387nm)的吸收。在一个封闭循环装置中考察了甲醛气体的光催化降解。甲醛的光催化降解曲线是吸附和降解共同作用的结果 ,其降解率随初始浓度的升高而增加。实验发现热处理温度为 5 0 0℃、镧掺杂量 1 5 %(质量分数 )时催化剂活性最高

Abstract:La dopedTiO 2 composite films on glass tube substrates were prepared by sol gel processing, and the films were studied by XRD,SEM and UV VIS measurements. It showed that the porous La doped TiO 2 film which was composed of anatase grains exhibited a better ultraviolet ( λ <387nm) absorption property compared with that of pure TiO 2 film. The photocatalysis degradation of HCHO was carried out in a closed cycling device. The photodegradation curve of formaldehyde was the balance of adsorption and degradation, and the degradation efficiency was improved with the increasing of formaldehyde initial concentration. It was also found that the TiO 2 films prepared with 1 5% La dopent and heat treatment under 500 ℃ showed the best photocatalysis activity.
