液体橡胶改性沥青的研究

摘    要:研究了液体氯丁橡胶与10号建筑沥青和100号道路沥青构成的共混物的流变性、橡胶在沥青中的分散形态、橡胶用量对共混物的针入度、延伸度和耐低温性能的影响,同时用聚硫橡胶做了部分对比试验。结果表明,液体氯丁橡胶沥青共混物是非牛顿流体中的假塑性流体。液体氯丁橡胶和液体聚硫橡胶都能提高沥青的耐低温性能。

Abstract:The rheological behaviour and phase distribution of a mixture of liquid chloroprene rubber,10 # architectural asphalt and 100# highway asphalt were studied. And the effects of the amount of rubber used on the penetration, elongation Aoftening point and low-temperatre resistance of the mixture were also investigated. It is found that the mixture is pseudoplastic fluid of non-newtonian fluids and that liquid chloroprene rubber is the effective modifier to enhance the low-temperature resistance of asphalt.
