摘    要:利用ROR材料三维裂纹数值解,通过拟合长屈服平台材料的真应力- 应变关系曲线, 给出了表面裂纹J积分的工程估算值, 并与有限元解作了比较, 结果表明: 多段拟合法与多段幂次法仍然可应用于三维裂纹问题; 由于表面裂纹问题的极限载荷通常远大于二维穿透裂纹的极限载荷, 所以在拟合材料的应力- 应变曲线时, 不仅要照顾小应变段, 同时也要考虑较大应变段

Abstract:Make use of the ROR material three dimension numberical solution, by fitting the material stress strain curves of long flat yield band, we can predict the J integal engineering solution, and compared with the finite element answers, it can be concluded that the J integal engineering estimition method under plane stress or stain conditionscan alse be applied to 3D crack problems except for that the ultimate load of a surface crack is much larger than that of a 2D penertrated crack. Therefore, much attention should be paid to considering both small strain section and long strain section when fitting the material stess strain curves.
