PVC/ABS和PVC/CPE两种共混体系的结构和性能

摘    要:研究了 PVC/ABS和 PVC/CPE两种共混体系的结构形态与力学性能的关系 ,用电子显微镜 ( SEM、TEM)观察冲击断面、拉伸断面形貌。结果表明 ,随改性剂用量不同 ,两种共混体系冲击性能曲线均呈现“S”型 ,不同的是 ,ABS是以颗粒或聚集体分散在 PVC连续相中 ,CPE在 PVC中形成网络结构 ;拉伸时 ,ABS作为应力集中体引发银纹 ,CPE易与基体共同发生剪切屈服 ,产生“剪切带”,“银纹”和“剪切带”都对 PVC增韧起着重要作用

Abstract:In this paper,the influences of CPE and ABS on the mechanical properties of PVC/CPE and PVC/ABS blends were studied . The experimental results showed that the impact strength of the blends depended on the dosage of ABS and CPE. The microstructure and fracture surface of the blends were also investigated by SEM and TEM.It was found that ABS was dispersed in the form of particles or aggregates in PVC matrix while CPE tended to be dispersed as a network structure. In the tensile testing,the ABS acted as a stress center to toughen the PVC matrix and the "craze"was formed and the CPE with the PVC matrix together gave a yield deform by shear stress to form the"shear belt".The formations of "craze" and "shear belt" had different contributions to the toughening of PVC.
