苍耳子中抑菌成分提取方法的比较

探讨了苍耳子中抑菌活性成分的最佳提取方法。采用加热回流,索氏提取,超声波辅助提取等方法对苍耳子进行提取,每一种方法中又分别采用正己烷、乙酸乙酯、丙酮和乙醇等作为溶剂,对提取率最高的提取方法考察不同极性提取物对5种常见细菌的抑菌作用。结果表明采用加热回流法提取的苍耳子浸膏提取率最高,乙醇提取物抑菌效果最明显。因此苍耳子中抑菌活性成分的最佳提取方法为乙醇加热回流提取。

Studies on Extraction Methods of Antibacterial Constituents from Xanthium Sibiricum Patr

To optimize extraction techniques of the antibacterial constituents from Xanthium sibiricum,the extraction recovery of several extraction processes,such as heat-refluxing methods,Soxhlet method and ultrasonic method were compared;then,the antibacterial activity of the extraction from the highest recovery extraction method was investigated.The result showed that among the three extraction methods,the heat-refluxing produced the highest recovery,and alcohol extraction showed strong effect on five normal bacteria.So the heat-refluxing with alcohol as solvent is the best method for extracting antibacterial constituents in Xanthium sibiricum and this study supplies a reference for industry.
