新型耐高温水泥用于热采井固井初探

摘    要:针对目前稠油热采井间封隔失效问题,探索了高铝水泥替代普通如砂水泥用于热采井固井的可行性、实验表明:体系中掺入所上加剂和适量微硅,能有效抑制其初期水化过快引起的闪凝,有助于提高浆体稳定性、降低渗透率并改善低温下水泥石早期强度,但微硅加量对高温下强度稳定性有一定影响。研究表明:高铝水泥具有良好的耐高温强度衰退及优良的综合工程性能,能满足稠油热采井固井的需要,具有良好的开发应用前景。

Abstract:Focused on the problem of zonal isolation failure in thermal recovery wells, this work investigated the feasibility of using high aluminum cement instead of common Portland cement in thermal recovery well cementing. Laboratory experiments show that the new cement has good stability and low fluid loss, and the microsilica added can effectively decrease the hydrate speed and restrain the transition of crystalloid at low temperature. The amount of microsilica added affects the stability of strength of the cement to some extent at high temperatures. Results show that with appropriate amount of microsilica the cement is of the character to prevent strength retrogression at high temperature and has good general properties, and thus can meet the needs of thermal recovery well cementing.
