高含水期的一种防腐阻垢新技术

油田进入高含水开发后,采油设备的腐蚀结垢现象日趋严重,给油田的开发带来了很大的经济损失.由于从井口加入液体缓蚀阻垢剂存在很多缺点,因此提出了在油井中使用固体缓蚀阻垢剂的防腐阻垢新方法.以纯化油田为例,介绍了固体缓蚀阻垢剂的研制方法:在分析其腐蚀结垢原因的基础上,进行固体缓蚀阻垢剂的研制,在现场应用后获得了较好的防腐阻垢效果.

A NEW METHOD OF INHIBITING CORROSION AND SCALE CONTROL IN OIL FIELD OF PERIOD OF HIGH WATER

After entering the period of high water cut exploitation in oil field, the corrosion and scale of equipments for oil production is becoming more and more severe, which has been causing a great economic loss of oil field exploitation. Because of the defect existing in the method of adding the liquid corrosion - scale inhibitor into wells, we have brought forward a new method of using solid corrosion - scale inhibitor for inhibiting corrosion and scale. In this paper, we introduce a way of producing solid corrosion - scale inhibitor based on the analysis of the cause of corrosion and scale. The inhibitor has presented a very excellent el- ficiency when applied on the spot.
