摘    要:根据高层建筑结构的特点,将常见的框剪结构和大开洞剪力墙结构简化为平面结构体系,采用两端带刚域且考虑剪切变形的单刚杆件.在进行动力特性分析时,采用动力凝聚方法把角位移自由度缩减掉以便从总刚中求侧移刚度矩阵,从而把原来的体系转化为带有集中质量的杆件模型,然后再将侧移刚度矩阵转化成正定矩阵,利用广义JACOBI法求出频率和振型,将上述方法进行编程,最后运用有关资料上的案例进行计算,对比计算结果,其精度满足要求,本文主要介绍了动力凝聚技术在求结构自振频率和振型中的应用及其优点,以及在编程过程中对结构整体刚度矩阵分块的处理方法

Abstract:On the characteristics of high building, the two sorts' structures (frame-shear wall and shear wall with big windows structure) can be predigested to plain structure of bars. The element stiffness matrix that is unlimited stiffness in the ends and decreases the angle displacement with cohesion so that gets the lateral stiffness matrix from the whole stiffness matrix are adopted. Then it can get a kind of model that has concentration weight and calculates the frequency with JACOBI method. The article mainly introduces Dynamic Cohesion characteristic analyzing of frame-shear wall structure and writes a program for deal with the lateral stiffness matrix.
